The Sri Lankan NGOs, National Fisheries Solidarity Movement (NAFSO) and Trainers’ Pool (TP) published a booklet titled “Attempt of Integrated Area Development versus Globalization -Integrated Development Effort of Strengthening the Society through People’s Participatory Integrated Area Development Strategy [PPIADS]”.
The group first attended AHI’s International Course in 1999 and learned of the PIADS applied by LIKAS-Philippines. The booklet shows their experience of development using People’s Participatory Integrated Area Development Strategy [PPIADS] in Sri Lanka.
