Today is the 4td day of ILDC 2019 and the participants actively joined in the discussion.

On the sharing section, the participants were lined up based on:
1.The establishment of their organizations
2.The number of staff
3.Level or their organizations ‘working area
4. Their beneficiaries target
5. Their organizations’ activities

Then they shared the strengths, challenges, and experiences working in their organizations, thus learned from each participant’s point of view of their working environment.
